ICC Prosecutor gives post-election suspects more time


Attorney General Amos Wako, Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo (left seated) and Lands Minister James Orengo (right seated) met the International Criminal Court prosecutor Moreno Ocampo (centre), in his office at The Hague. The Kenyan delegation secured a chance to set up a special tribunal, as recommended in the Waki Report. Ocampo said the ICC was a court of last resort.
